With a focus on month-end and year-end activities, you will maintain the general ledger, perform reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial controls and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar discipline.
• Strong experience with Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems and GAAP financials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances to support financial accuracy.
• Coordinate payment processing activities and expense accruals.
• Analyze financial data and transactions to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new accounting standards and controls.
