Universal Health Services is seeking an experienced full-time Staff Accountant for Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center in Florida. The role covers daily intra-company billings, payroll, accounts payable, and month-end close activities to support accurate financial reporting.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of related experience, preferably in healthcare.
Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents, ages 11–17 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family and social challenges. The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home.
Palm Shores is currently hiring an experienced full-time Staff Accountant who will be responsible for the daily intra-company billings, payroll, accounts payable, assist with month end, and financial accounting responsibilities for the facility. All functions and duties for this position are in accordance with IRS and current acceptable accounting principles and practices.
