This is an exciting time to join B&D's Finance & Accounting team as the organization continues to evolve and integrate with Project Management Advisors.
In this role, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting and financial activities while working closely with experienced leaders who are committed to your professional development. You'll have opportunities to build technical expertise, strengthen business acumen, contribute to process improvements, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
As B&D continues its Workday implementation and organizational growth, you'll help support evolving processes and gain valuable experience within a complex, multi-entity business environment.
This hybrid role is based in Washington, DC, with a two-day-per-week in-office requirement.
We’re looking for someone who sees accounting as a career, not simply a job.
You’re intellectually curious and naturally ask why rather than simply following a process. You enjoy investigating discrepancies, solving problems, and understanding how things work. You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and communicate proactively when something needs attention.
You’re also interested in what comes next. You want to develop your technical accounting skills, broaden your understanding of the business, and gradually take on more complex responsibilities. You don’t need to have everything figured out; you need the curiosity, initiative, and ambition to keep learning.
Most importantly, you’re excited by the opportunity to grow alongside an organization that is itself evolving.
Be part of meaningful work that helps shape the places where people live, learn, work, and connect.
We invest in mentorship, leadership development, and continuous learning at every stage of your career.
Entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, integrity, and excellence drive how we work together.
Comprehensive benefits include 100% company-paid medical, dental, and prescription coverage, a targeted 7% employer-contribution 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
