Determining actual costs of manufacturing or providing a service, scrutinizing associated company expenses, and analyzing profitability.**Essential Functions**1. Cost Accounting for manufacturing environment.2. Inventory valuation and reporting.3. Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes. Maintain back up documentation for assigned accounts.4. Metrics Reporting.5. Accounting department special projects.6. Provide accruals as required for those expenses that are not available prior to Month/Year End according to GAAP.7.
