Job summary

Bloom Companies, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an accounting professional to support project managers with financial analysis and contract administration.

You will handle invoicing, vendor data, budgeting, AR collections, and client inquiries, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced engineering/architectural environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in an engineering/architectural setting preferred.
• Understanding of contract management and contractual requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to initiate the task management process.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, analysis, and financial support to one or more project managers
• Prepare and process invoices and contract documents
• Maintain client and subconsultant contract documents
• Assist with vendor invoice and data posting
• Assist with project setup/budgeting
• Assist with accounts receivable collection
• Assist with research and resolution of client questions
• Interpret and prepare project reports for use by project managers
• Perform other duties as assigned
