Job summary

Ledgent is seeking a Staff Accountant based in Denver, Colorado, responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable operations. This position is paying $27/hr - $33/hr, depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices (approximately 200 invoices per month)
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances and collections
• Prepare and issue checks; maintain accurate records of disbursements
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Support compliance and vendor documentation as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

• QuickBooks Online is required
• 3+ years of related experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, or related field, is a plus
• Knowledge of general financial accounting.
