Overview

Title: Staff Accountant

Location: 5x a week onsite in Carson, CA

Compensation: Up to $85k in base salary + Benefits

This role is with a growing retail group seeking an Accountant with strong corporate experience. It is ideal for someone from a multi-unit or larger retail environment who has worked with ERP systems and supported complex accounting operations. This position offers the opportunity to grow technical expertise in a dynamic retail setting with exposure to both domestic and international reporting standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
• Support fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and disposals
• Handle balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in cash flow reporting
• Gain exposure to both GAAP and IFRS reporting standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of retail accounting (multi-unit or corporate environment preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems and multiple entities
• Experience with GAAP + IFRS
• Strong hands-on skills in month-end close and reconciliations
