Job summary

CFS is seeking a Staff Accountant (Manufacturing) to join our Carmel, IN team in a fully on-site role. You will own full-cycle accounting, support month-end close, and collaborate with leadership on financial decisions.

The position offers growth toward Senior Accountant with exposure to inventory, production, and cost tracking in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred).
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data to support operational and business decisions.
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting.
