Job Description:
Responsible for the administration of salary payment transactions, allowances, and other facilities, including related processes such as PPh 21, BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, PHT (DPLK/DAPEN), etc., ensuring that employees' rights are fulfilled in accordance with established regulations and in a timely manner. Additionally, responsible for preparing reports related to human resources for both internal and external parties, adhering to the principle of prudence, and upholding the values of Islamic principles.
