Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Suites Runner for University of Colorado events in Boulder. You will greet guests, deliver and serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean, organized running station to ensure timely service.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and knowledge of food safety. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required; relevant certifications such as ServSafe Alcohol can be expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation requirements.
• Possession of ServSafe Alcohol Certification may be required.
• Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide exceptional, courteous service throughout events.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and offerings.
• Deliver and serve food and beverages with correct plating.
• Communicate special requests or allergies to kitchen/servers.
• Assist with refilling water, bussing tables, and overflow support.
• Keep running station and service areas clean and stocked.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform opening/closing duties and inventory tasks.
• Know restaurant and table numbers to ensure efficient service.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams for smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
