Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Q2 Stadium in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Runner to support Food & Beverage operations during events. You will deliver goods, restock inventory, and keep storage areas organized in a fast-paced stadium setting.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior warehouse or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, stadium, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event days.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverage, paper goods, and operational supplies from warehouse to concession stands, bars, clubs, suites, and service areas.
• Monitor inventory levels during events and restock locations as needed.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event inventory reconciliation.
• Receive, organize, rotate, and store products according to standards and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and verify inventory counts.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding shortages, inventory concerns, or replenishment needs.
• Support waste reduction and product control initiatives.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment safely.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, security, and workplace safety procedures.
• Provide internal customer service to stadium F&B teams.
