Ideal Tridon is hiring a Stacking Operator for 1st and 3rd shifts in Garden Grove, CA. The role involves bagging/boxing operations, material handling, and quality checks in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting. Overtime and weekends may be required; 1st shift runs 6:00am–2:30pm, 3rd shift 10:00pm–6:30am.

Position Summary

Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times. Perform various tasks involved in bagging/ boxing operation including but not limited to setting up and operating bagging machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities usinghand tools, various type of packing materials. must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined.

Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends.

Schedule

• 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift 10:00pm - 6:30am Sunday - Thursday

Education and Experience

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained, and certified on the hi-lo.
• (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
