Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Stacker in Rialto, CA to feed raw materials, assemble products on production lines, and monitor processes. You will perform basic quality checks and ensure supplies are stored properly to keep operations flowing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, factory experience is a plus, and you must work well in a team, communicate clearly, handle basic math, and enjoy a physical, hands-on role on a noisy production floor.

DESCRIPTION

A Stacker is responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on production lines, and monitoring the process. In addition, they carry out basic quality checks such as testing of product or packaging before shipping by adequately storing all necessary supplies.

• Follows health and safety standards.

• Follows production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalizes and packs products for shipment.
• Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitors the assembly line and removing faulty products.
• Works on the production line and meeting production targets.

• Performs other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is constantly stand working in a manufacturing environment. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 47 pounds.
