Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in stable value, institutional retirement, insurance products, asset management, product development, financial analysis, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute key activities supporting stable value product implementation and ongoing administration, including product setup, documentation, calculations, data requirements, controls, and operational readiness.
• Translate contractual, product, and business requirements into clear calculations, operating procedures, controls, and implementation steps, applying professional judgment within established practices.
• Perform and validate financial and operational analyses, including rate calculations, cash flows, reconciliations, scenario testing, and other product-specific calculations; investigate issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, legal, risk, technology, and other partners to resolve implementation and administrative issues and support successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and controls, including appropriate use of automation, data, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Build expertise in stable value and institutional retirement products, share knowledge with teammates, and demonstrate Athene’s BEAM values through collaboration, ownership, adaptability, curiosity, and a bias for action.
