Job summary

Formulated Solutions in Largo, FL is seeking a QC Stability Coordinator to manage stability studies from protocol authoring to sample control. The role partners with Quality Operations, Manufacturing, and QA to ensure on‑time study execution and audit-ready records.

You will maintain inventories, coordinate testing with internal and external labs, and escalate issues to the Stability Supervisor, contributing to compliant cGMP stability programs and reliable product dispositions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
• One to three years in a cGMP laboratory or stability environment preferred.
• Experience with stability chambers, sample control, and QA documentation.
• Familiarity with MasterControl QMS or equivalent systems.
• Ability to author stable protocols and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Author batch-specific stability protocols and amendments.
• Maintain study timelines and pull schedules.
• Coordinate testing with QC, Manufacturing, and external labs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and chain of custody for samples.
• Escalate risks and deviations to the Stability Supervisor.
