Job summary

MANE in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Stability Laboratory Technologist I to perform stability experiments and support product development. You will analyze data, document results, and contribute to DoE for fragrance projects.

• 3–5 years in fragrance, personal care, or related labs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain stability testing instrumentation and documentation.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for KPI tracking and project reviews.
• Design and implement experimental procedures to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain lab equipment calibration and safety standards.
