Job summary

Viatris is seeking an Associate Customer Relations, Contact Center to support our global healthcare mission from West Virginia. The role requires handling customer inquiries and maintaining high standards of service within a structured center environment, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring accurate data handling.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience with strong English communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience or a combination of experience and education considered.
• General understanding of analytical testing processes and GxP guidelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform set down of all stability studies for GMP scale up lots and experimental lots.
• Perform daily sample stability pulls to support ANDA submissions.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, tracking, and logging within the LIMS database.
• Maintain labeling, tracking, and logging within the Records Management System.
• Order, release, audit, and maintain Laboratory Workbooks.
• Perform chamber chart monitoring and weekly changes across locations.
• Support training within the Research and Development Operations Stability Rooms and File Rooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
