Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Stability Coordinator I in Wilmington, NC to drive stability programs, log projects, and maintain electronic documentation for lab data and client reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cGMP compliance.

The on-site position supports stability storage activities, protocol generation, sample receipt, inventory, and shipping. Travel is minimal; a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cGMP experience preferred.
• Laboratory experience and/or experience with compendial testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log in and generate projects for laboratory testing; manage stability status and testing requirements.
• Maintain testing requirements in electronic systems per approved stability protocols.
• Generate stability storage protocols with schedules and testing needs.
• Receive samples for stability storage and initiate chain-of-custody tracking.
• Complete stability sample pulls and prepare shipments for internal/external routes.
• Support notification for sample destruction and dispositioned samples for pickup.
• Assist with DEA Form 222 and related paperwork for controlled substances as required.
• Respond to environmental monitoring for stability chambers.
• Collaborate with departments and clients to ensure timely tasks and accuracy.
