Job summary

Mikart, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Stabilities Associate to maintain stability information, schedule testing, and manage retention and storage of samples. You will coordinate with laboratories and document stability results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and English fluency; expect routine lab gowning, inventory, and records maintenance; strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English fluency required.
• Laboratory or stability testing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and gown for lab work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain stability protocols for each product formulation.
• Review packaging masters to schedule stability testing and request retainers as required.
• Maintain a log of packaging lots for each product formulation.
• Confirm all product expiry periods on packaging masters.
• Pull stability samples and submit to the appropriate testing facility.
• Report problematic stability results to Stability Management.
• Prepare and maintain annual retainer inspection records.
