Job summary

Inspire Coaching & Training in Saint Charles, MO is seeking The Only Facial Esthetician to deliver customized facials and skincare treatments on-site. This role offers both part-time and full-time hours, with a base hourly rate of $27+ plus commission opportunities.

You will consult clients, create personalized treatment plans, guide home care routines, and build lasting relationships while delivering a welcoming spa atmosphere.

Position Title: The Only Facial Esthetician

Location: St. Charles, MO

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Work Location: On-Site

Salary Description: $27+ per hour

Reports To: Store Manager

What You'll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• People who connect immediately with others
• Passion for skincare and continued learning
• Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
