Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and experience configuring computer hardware and software systems.
• Strong analytical, fixing, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Support customer SSD qualification activities by investigating technical issues and driving resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a technical resource for SSD features, firmware releases, and customer documentation.
• Track qualification progress and provide technical updates to internal and customer-facing teams.
• Analyze field and qualification data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvements.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve problem-solving, productivity, and documentation.
