• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round.
• Preferred: pursuing a Master's degree in related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Strong data analysis, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial strategy work within SRT Direct Connection.
• Assist in sales growth, channel development, marketing, and brand execution.
• Collaborate across teams and with internal/external partners.
• Balance tasks with academic commitments while gaining practical experience.
