Qualifications

• 5+ years of container-related development experience.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker/Containerd/RunC.
• Familiar with microservice CI/CD and GitOps tooling.
• Production Kubernetes management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable architectures for Alibaba Cloud’s container service suite (ACK, ACS, ACR, ASM).
• Develop automation frameworks and tools to streamline workflows and enhance system stability.
• Lead day-to-day operations, monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis for containerized platforms, maintaining SLA/SLO compliance.
• Collaborate with development, security, and network teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security of container infrastructure.
• Identify potential risks through chaos engineering, stress testing, and observability practices; define remediation plans.
• Stay current with cloud-native technologies and CNCF trends and apply best practices to production environments.
