Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer to strengthen CI/CD, cloud, and automation for enterprise apps. You will design and maintain pipelines, IaC, containers, and monitoring across DEV/QA/PROD, collaborating with development, QA and operations teams.

Responsibilities include automating builds, deploying with Jenkins, managing AWS/Azure resources, and enforcing security and compliance; strong scripting and Linux skills are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Hands-on DevOps engineering experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting in Shell, Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Experience with Linux/Unix server environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
• Integrate Jenkins with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure (compute, storage, networking, IAM)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Build and manage Docker containers and orchestration using Kubernetes
• Monitor system performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch
• Troubleshoot CI/CD failures, deployment issues, and environment-related problems
• Implement security best practices including secrets management and access controls
• Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps maturity and automation standards
• Document DevOps processes, pipelines, and operational procedures
