Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a senior Go-To-Market leader to define and deploy GTM strategies for GenAI infrastructure and model training.

You will work with lighthouse Frontier AI builders, shape product vision for GenAI infra, and drive adoption across segments and industries. You will build scalable programs, demos, and content for external and internal evangelism, collaborating with product teams to prioritize features and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product/services experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS for generative AI (GenAI)? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Foundation Models GTM team focused on GenAI infrastructure for model training. You will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate adoption of our services and solutions with lighthouse Frontier AI model builders across segments and industry verticals. You will be working directly with the most important customers in the GenAI model training and inference space helping them adopt and scale large-scale workloads (e.g., foundation models) on AWS, developing GTM plans, external/internal evangelism, and developing demos and proof-of-concepts. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, building scalable programs, and shaping product vision for GenAI infra.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand AI infrastructure requirements and complexities involved in scaling GenAI model training across modalities and use‑cases.
• Define and build GTM strategies, lead cross‑functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
• Engage in market sizing, build an opportunity pipeline, collaborate with product teams to define new features, and identify partners and potential acquisitions.
• Develop demos and proof‑of‑concepts, create content to train field teams, drive industry thought leadership, and support external and internal evangelism.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in business development, direct technology services sales, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• 5+ years of customer‑facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience.
• 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SLURM, Kubernetes, GenAI infra platforms such as Fireworks.
• Experience in GPU architecture, AI models, distributed training and inference.
• Experience in end‑to‑end model development lifecycle.
