Job summary

Meridian Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Workday HCM Consultant to join our Workday Practice and provide hands-on delivery support across client engagements. This execution-focused role requires strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, the ability to own assigned work, and collaboration with project teams to ensure successful implementations.

Hours are 20 per week, remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Active Workday HCM Implementer Certification is REQUIRED.
• 3+ years' Workday full-cycle implementation experience.
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
• 1+ years leading workstream implementations.
• Ability to work standard East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned Workday HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support activities.
• Support multiple projects based on business needs and leadership priorities.
• Investigate and resolve Workday HCM issues.
• Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established timelines.
• Support business process configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with issue resolution, defect remediation, and system enhancements.
• Provide regular progress updates and proactively communicate blockers.
• Follow established project direction, standards, and priorities.

This is an execution-focused consulting role for someone who enjoys solving complex issues and helping clients successfully implement and optimize Workday HCM.

Working alongside experienced Workday leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle—from configuration and testing through deployment and post-production support. Success in this role requires strong functional expertise, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to independently own assigned work while collaborating closely with project teams.

Pay Transparency

Compensation for roles at Meridian varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific practice, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Meridian provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.

Hourly Wage Range is $100/hr - $125/hr for this specific role.
