• Translating business requirements into functional repeatable solutions.
• Consult with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage websites.
• Development and delivery of SharePoint components including web parts, CSS, Master Pages, Content Types, and custom site features.
• Assist and transfer knowledge to the existing OIS support resources in technical design/architecture.
• Enhance SharePoint usability and branding.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation for both technical and business users.
• Create and execute required test scenarios/plans.
• Deal with multiple high priority user support issues simultaneously.
