Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Trust Relationship Manager to oversee fiduciary administration for assigned accounts and coordinate with beneficiaries, investment advisors, and legal teams. You will exercise judgement, manage risk, and ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations.

Collaborate with Private Bank partners to grow fiduciary opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience with a trust company or financial institution focusing on professional fiduciary services.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, commercial banking or related field preferred
  • Formal Credit training program or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to properly service our customers, beneficiaries, internal partners, and third parties from various backgrounds and experience.
  • Resourceful and able to take initiative.
  • Collaborates with and assists other Trust Relationship Managers. Effective team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage competing responsibilities, anticipate business needs, and access the necessary tools and resources.
  • Strong ability to develop, cultivate and maintain client relationships with increased complexity.
  • Strong ability to interact, negotiate and influence at more senior levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates expected utilization of Salesforce and drives towards critical metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Exercising professional judgement when making discretionary decisions, managing risk, and interpreting applicable documents, regulations, and policies.
  • Working with Trust RMs, Fiduciary Management, and Legal to reach solution on the best interest of the beneficiaries.
  • Participating in Trust Administrative Committee meetings as a valuable and voting member.
  • Ensuring compliance with terms of the governing documents, laws and regulations, and Texas Capital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with Private Bank partners to identify and develop new fiduciary business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Keen understanding specialized fiduciary account opening and closing maintenance, money movement, supports investment management accounts including the coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance.
  • Delivering timely and high-quality experience to interactions with customers, prospects, and their trusted advisors.
