Pohlad Companies seeks a Sr Wealth Advisor to serve as a trusted family advisor, delivering holistic financial planning for multi-generational needs and coordinating with Pohlad Family Office teams on tax, trusts, and cash flow.
You will translate complex concepts into practical guidance for individual family members, educate the next generation, and maintain strong relationships with external advisors to support long-term wealth strategies.

The Sr Wealth Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to the individual family members, providing comprehensive, holistic financial planning tailored to multi-generational wealth needs. This role integrates both individual investment planning done in connection with Pohlad Companies as well as the Family’s external investment advisors, and coordination with the broader Pohlad Family Office team on tax, trust and estate, and cash flow planning.The Sr Wealth Advisor acts as both a technical expert and relationship manager, translating complex personal financial matters into clear, actionable guidance for individual family members.
