Job summary

District Photo Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across our three manufacturing facilities in Beltsville, MD, Louisville, KY, and Phoenix, AZ.

You will build and mentor warehouse supervisors, drive inventory accuracy, standardize processes, and own the Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse workflow. This role requires travel between sites to ensure operational consistency and strong KPIs.

Qualifications

• Multi-site warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
• Deep expertise in inventory management and materials flow.
• Experience leading warehouse supervisors and managers.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel between our three facilities.
