Warehouse Senior Lead is responsible for supporting, executing, and maintaining top quality practices as required through SQF. The position ensures that product quality and food safety are met.
NOTE: Report all Food Safety, Safety and Quality concerns to your immediate supervisor. If you cannot contact your immediate supervisor, contact a Quality Assurance Team Member.
Warehouse Senior Lead helps coordinate the shipping/receiving, warehousing, and related support activities to assure compliance with applicable safety regulations, quality standards, and on-time completion of shipping and receiving product schedules. Works closely with other departments, such as Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, Warehouse, and Maintenance, as needed. This position ensures adherence to policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions and support of cost-control efforts, this role identifies and helps resolve operations issues.
MUST HAVE 1+ years of stand-up forklift experience; Computer skills and knowledge of software programs (Microsoft Suite – Excel, SAP, etc.); WMS Experience (SAP, JUMP, etc.).

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $21.00 + 50-cents shift differential.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
