Motion Industries in Rockford, IL seeks a Senior Warehouse Associate to manage shipping and receiving for the branch. You will ensure customers receive correct items on time and that inventory is well-maintained.
Responsibilities include picking, packing, delivering where needed, and supporting returns processing while maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, the Senior Warehouse Associate performs all shipping and receiving activity for a Branch location. This role ensures the customer receives the correct items in a timely manner and all stocked merchandise is properly maintained.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to move up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: May need to be certified to operate a forklift. Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
