Cencora in Brooks, KY is hiring for a warehouse support role within our US third‑party logistics operations. Shift: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, pay starting at $21.26 per hour plus incentives and bonuses.

Location: 420 International Blvd., Brooks, KY 40109. Responsibilities include verifying transportation, receipt, storage and shipment data; updating systems; tracking fleet activity and inventory; preparing dispatch documents; reviewing exceptions; and maintaining traceability to support loss

This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in the US operating through our ICs business.Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM or until Finish.Pay starting at $21.26 with a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives and referral bonuses.Location: 420 International Blvd., Ste 500, Brooks, KY 40109

Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED)

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
• Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.
• Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.
• Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.
• Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.
• Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.
