Overview

Centersquare, a leading provider of data center and colocation services, is seeking a Visual Designer to help bring our brand, products, and experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling as we continue to innovate our corporate visualization (typography, color theory, design system development, data visualization and web design).

You’ll work directly with our Vice President of Marketing/Creative Director and Senior Director, Content Strategy plus cross-functional teams to create high-impact designs across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, event support and content creation.

Interested candidates should have 3 - 5 years of design experience across digital and print media, as well as a resume showcasing increasing levels of accountability for design projects. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for branding and marketing strategy, and a desire to join a fun, lively team that offers:

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver visually engaging assets for digital content and resources, web, mobile, social media, sales presentations, tradeshows, etc., such as:
• environmental graphics
• brand identity assets
• website support
• motion graphics
• Translate complex ideas into clean, clear, and compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content strategists, UX/UI designers, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Maintain design systems, templates, and style guides.
• Contribute to concept development and creative brainstorming sessions and ensure consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints.
• Present visual solutions to internal clients and help communicate strategies behind design ideas and executions.

Qualifications

• BA degree in graphic design preferred.
• Self-starter who must be highly proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with a wide range of other design, web and multimedia software and applications
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience (in-house or agency)
• Recognized experience/expertise in multiple graphic design disciplines and strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work.
• Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience designing for B2B or tech-focused brands is a plus.
