*Description*

Our client is responsible for brand strategy and creative services that support their ecommerce stores marketing organization. The work touches all storefronts across web, E-Commerce pages, and app experiences on device products.

We are looking to hire a hands-on Sr UX Designer to help design solutions for consumer-facing e-commerce landing pages & experiences. This individual will partner closely with the Creative Director, other designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders. The person must have a passion for learning and growth, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

*Responsibilities include:*

1. Collaborating with Design Manager, Designers, PMs, and Writers to develop e-commerce website concepts across all digital platforms
2. Leading and participating in creative brainstorming sessions
3. Concepting innovative ways to visualize page designs and customer journeys that showcase products & services
4. Balancing marketing objectives, brand identity, and product requirements
5. Presenting UX designs and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
6. Overseeing the execution and production of landing page designs with designers

*Skills/Experience Required:*

• 5-7 years of UX Design experience in interaction and visual design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX skills and contributions to customer experience improvements
• Experience with B2C and/or B2B web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Experience using data (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, A/B testing, usability research) to inform design decisions
• Defined design process and methodology
• Ecommerce/retail experience

*Pay and Benefits*

The pay range is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital coverage, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, employee assistance, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
