As a Senior UX Designer, you'll shape the builder experiences across surfaces that allow any user to create polished Apps, automate repetitive Flows, customize Agents, leverage self-learning Spaces, and run robust Automations. Anyone can describe what they want, and watch it come to life. No code required, no heavy lifting.
This is ground-floor work on a product that's moving fast and thinking big.
Our mission stands out because of its laser focus on providing consumer-grade experiences to non-technical business users (not infrastructure for developers). You'll define new interaction patterns, own end-to-end design from discovery through production, and directly influence how millions of people build with AI.
Our UX team is centralized with a blend of technologists, researchers, visual designers, and product designers who are strategically aligned to pods and pillars (explained below) and supported by hands-on managers and principals. We work closely with stakeholders mapped to broad product and engineering pillars while our day-to-day partners are embedded scientists, engineers, and technical product managers. Our UX team uses regular pod reviews and milestone meetings to review, knowledge-share, and align our work. We are mainly organized around "pods" (not features) to promote collaboration and visibility across related product areas and jobs-to-be-done's.
