Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. UI Developer for HOKA North America eCommerce to craft responsive, brand-aligned web interfaces and engage with design, marketing, and development teams. You will shape user experiences that drive performance and conversions.

The role requires 5+ years in front-end development, experience with modern frameworks, and strong collaboration skills within Agile/Scrum teams. Location is remote in the United States with approved states for residency.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments
• Experience with modern frameworks/libraries and their integration into larger systems
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication
• Working knowledge of typography, layout, and graphic design principles for visually polished, brand-consistent UI
• Experience with FreeMarker, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, DemandWare, and CoreMedia is a plus
