Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Implement design and user interface mockups into functional applications
• Design & implement quality software meeting all industry accepted standards
• Participate and contribute to functional requirements analysis
• Assist with the analysis of critical application problems, support issues, data evaluation, and offer timely and practical solution recommendations
• Be able to multi-task and meet delivery deadlines set by management
• Occasionally prepare and deliver written and oral presentations
• Approach technical challenges with an open mind and desire to innovate

Leadership and Management / Supervision

• Work actively with the other members of the team
• Provide technical leadership to junior team members
• Work closely with the Manager of UI Development
• Work cooperatively with other UI Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and User Experience Designers as part of an Agile Scrum Team
• Work with members of our RESTful team to troubleshoot and debug any API issues
