Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional networking and unified communications experience; Cisco Call Manager, Jabber, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
• CCIE Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration or equivalent advanced Cisco certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to work onsite four days per week at Scott Air Force Base, IL.
• Strong expertise with routing and switching, firewall policy management, spanning tree, gateway protocols (MGCP, H.323, SIP, SCCP), PSTN connectivity, and enterprise UC environments.

Responsibilities

The Customer Delivery Engineering Consultant is located at Scott Air Force Base, IL and requires a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week onsite. Compensation for the Customer Delivery Engineering Consultant includes:

• Salary range: $125,000- $155,000 annually
