As the Senior Trade and Customs Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring Baxter's global trade operations remain compliant, efficient, and strategically optimized. You will serve as a subject matter expert supporting U.S. and international import and export activities while helping Baxter navigate complex customs regulations, trade programs, and supply chain security requirements.

In this role, you will partner closely with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, finance, legal, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to manage compliance obligations, reduce trade-related risk, and identify opportunities for operational and duty cost optimization. Success will be measured through regulatory compliance, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of Baxter's global trade programs.
The Global Trade Compliance team is responsible for supporting the compliant movement of products and materials across international borders, helping ensure patients receive the critical therapies and medical products they depend on. Through partnership with internal partners and external agencies, the team safeguards Baxter's supply chain while supporting business growth and operational continuity.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $76,000 - $104,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
