We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive critical initiatives across the Amazon Studios' Content Value Chain (CVC) program. CVC is transforming the Studios production operations life cycle. You will reshape how our data pipelines from Studios productions are architected moving into a federated model and building chatbot interfaces to help our Studios' business users to interact with the data. Beyond that you will drive the creation of predictive models on Studios production data. This product will help detect budget overages in real time, schedule-slip prediction, safety and risk predictions, and distribution schedules.
In this role, you will be accountable for the overall strategy and execution of a large program with considerable impact across multiple teams within a VP organization. You will own organizational roadmap including OP1/OP2 contributions. You will operate independently with limited guidance, defining program mission, vision, and tenets while driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver critical solutions.
As a Sr. TPM, you will work both tactically and strategically, making trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term architectural requirements. You will understand the systems in your program space including their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind architectural decisions. You will influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions, enlisting SDMs, Senior and Principal Engineers to ensure architectures scale to match business requirements. Your work will drive simplification and efficiency in engineering processes and architectures to unblock innovation and increase speed of delivery across the organization.
You will be joining Content Value Chain (CVC) org based out of Culver City, which comprises of eight 2-pizza teams that support the critical pillars of the program. You will collaborate and interact with multiple other cross functional teams in the org.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
