Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Test & Evaluation Engineer to support Army aviation programs at Ft. Campbell, KY.

The role centers on planning and executing flight tests for aircraft including A/MH-6, MH-47, MH-60, and MQ-1, with emphasis on avionics, sensors, ASE, and weapon programs. You will develop test plans, coordinate test activities, data collection and processing, and apply AR 70-62. You’ll participate in TIMs, TIWGs, and SSWG meetings, and may perform flight test duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in military/commercial aviation.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience planning and conducting flight tests.
• DoD Secret or Interim Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and coordinate test activities including test range scheduling, data collection and processing.
• Apply AR 70-62 requirements to Army Special Operations Aircraft.
• Participate in TIMs, TIWGs, and System Safety Working Groups (SSWG).
• Perform flight test tasks in a Flight Test Engineering capacity.

Job Description

Provide engineering support to Systems Integration and Maintenance Office (SIMO) with the primary area of emphasis to include A/MH-6, MH-47, MH-60, MQ-1, Avionics, Sensors, ASE, and Weapon programs.

Key Responsibilities Summary

• Develop test plans, coordinate test activities to include test range scheduling and planning, data collection and processing.
• Apply and administrate the requirements of AR 70-62 as they apply to Army Special Operations Aircraft.
• Participate as a member of Technical Interface Meetings (TIM), Program Reviews, Test Integration Working Groups (TIWG), and System Safety Working Groups (SSWG).
• Participate in aerial flight in a Flight Test Engineering capacity.
• Work closely with engineering counterparts, to include, but not limited to the Safety Readiness Division (SRD), and Technology Application Program Office (TAPO).
• Perform routine clerical, administrative, and logistics tasks as required in support of the SIMO.
• Possesses a Secret or Interim Secret security clearance.

SALARY RANGE:

$100,000.00 - $115,000.00
