This position will have primary responsibility for supporting G3500 EP legacy products, G3500H, and emerging G3500K product support activities. The role will focus on product health monitoring, field issue resolution, CPI/PIR/PIP/PSP support, technical problem solving, and cross-functional coordination to improve product reliability, customer satisfaction, and warranty exposure.
Degree Requirements 4-year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field.

This position may require less than 10% travel.
Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
