WSB is seeking a Sr Technician, Survey to advance renewable energy projects in Denver, CO. You will collaborate with professional surveyors and project managers to support project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with client specs.

The ideal candidate brings extensive survey experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor license preferred but not required, as stated in the posting.
• 35+ years of relevant experience in the renewables industry.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D are required.

Responsibilities

• Strong skills at base mapping and understanding of Certificates of Titles and legal descriptions.
• Drafting legal descriptions and reviewing legal descriptions.
• Drafting and reviewing Commercial sub-division plats, ALTA surveys and boundary surveys to meet requirements/statutes.
• Project research of survey-related documents such as locating vesting deeds/legal descriptions, landowner names, property IDs, FEMA flood maps and panels.
• Ensure work complies with client specifications and needs.
• Maintain project files and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Sr Technician, Survey at WSB, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of renewable energy projects. Youll work closely with professional surveyors and project managers to support work for renewable energy projects. We invite you to forge ahead with us as a Project Surveyor.

Location: Denver, CO

What you will do:

• Strong skills at base mapping and understanding of Certificates of Titles and legal descriptions
• Drafting legal descriptions and reviewing legal descriptions
• Drafting and reviewing Commercial sub-division plats, ALTA surveys and boundary surveys to meet requirements/statutes
