XNRGY Climate Systems, a leading provider of sustainable design and manufacturing of air handling and liquid cooling systems, is expanding in Mesa, AZ. We seek a Sr. Technical Recruiter to attract top engineers and professionals in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with leadership, and help shape our talent strategy while ensuring alignment with our technical standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal.
• Proven multi-channel sourcing: Boolean search, social, passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ at least 3 days per week.

As we rapidly scale our operations and build our dream team, we're seeking a passionate, results-driven Sr. Technical Recruiter with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mesa, Arizona, and requires at least 3 days per week onsite.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our talent strategy by attracting and securing top-tier candidates across all levels of the organization. You will work closely with leadership to build something special, ensuring each hire aligns with our culture and technical standards.

An Overview Of Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management

• Execute comprehensive full-cycle recruitment processes from initial sourcing through successful candidate onboarding
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectives and business priorities
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines, including engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal, with particular focus on engineering and technical roles
• Proactively identify passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques including social media, industry networks, and professional associations

Strategic Partnership & Consultation

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop detailed target candidate profiles and role specifications
• Design customized assessment frameworks and interview processes tailored to each position's unique requirements
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform competitive hiring strategies
• Influence hiring decisions through strategic insights, candidate evaluation expertise, and deep understanding of business needs

Candidate Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reinforce XNRGY's brand and values throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations including skills assessment, cultural fit analysis, and reference verification
• Maintain ongoing relationships with high-quality candidates for future opportunities

Data Management & Process Optimization

• Maintain meticulous records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with all documentation requirements
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality indicators
• Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction
• Generate regular reports on pipeline health, hiring progress, and market trends

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Need, Among Other Things

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-paced environments
• Experience recruiting across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal functions
• Proven expertise in multi-channel sourcing strategies including Boolean search, social recruiting, and passive candidate development
• Strong track record of successfully closing difficult-to-fill technical and engineering positions
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ at least 3 days per week
