SpaceX is developing technologies to enable human life on Mars. We are building rockets, spacecraft, and the Starlink satellite constellation to provide fast, reliable internet worldwide. We are looking for top engineers to help maximize Starlink’s utility for communities and businesses.
Pay range: Starlink Development Manager: $175,000.00 – $280,000.00 per year.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of company stock, stock options, long‑term cash awards, discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
