Digital Realty invites applications for a Program Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations. You will plan and deliver IT infrastructure initiatives, ensure on‑time delivery, manage scope, and align with priorities across engineering, operations, security, and vendors.

You’ll develop plans, track milestones, manage risks, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, support governance and readiness activities, and provide regular updates to IT leadership.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or IT operations projects.
Working knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, servers and storage, and end‑user computing.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

The Program Manager supports the planning and delivery of IT Infrastructure and Operations initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. This role works closely with engineering, operations, security, and vendor teams to drive execution across multiple infrastructure-focused programs in a fast‑paced IT environment.
