This role will provide the systems-level program leadership needed to connect scope, technical dependencies, release milestones, risks, and readiness across the Software organization. The Senior TPM will work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Quality, Security, and DevOps to drive predictable execution, provide data-driven visibility to leadership, and help establish scalable software program management practices as the organization continues to mature. **Responsibilities:** Software Release Planning & Execution * Own integrated planning and execution for complex software releases spanning multiple products, platforms, and engineering teams.* Establish and drive release milestones, critical paths, cross-team commitments, and readiness criteria from development through production.* Partner with engineering and technical leaders to translate release scope and technical constraints into executable plans. Dependency, Change & Risk Management * Identify and manage cross-product technical dependencies, integration points, risks, and blockers that impact release outcomes.* Assess the impact of scope, architecture, technical, and schedule changes and drive appropriate mitigation or recovery plans.* Drive resolution of cross-team issues and escalate material risks and trade-offs with clear impact and options. Cross-product dependencies and risks are identified early, teams have clear milestones and accountability, and leaders have timely, data-driven visibility into release health, readiness, risks, and decisions needed to deliver with greater predictability. The information contained within this job description overview is not intended to be all-inclusive.
