Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management, with at least 4+ years leading large or complex IT initiatives
• Proven experience managing Data Lake and Data Lakehouse projects as the primary responsibility
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Mainframe data integration, and Virtual ODS (Operational Data Store) implementations
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and information systems security
• Experience delivering projects within a State or Government environment
• Expertise running highly structured, metric-driven projects (not Agile-focused)
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to present executive-level status reports to CIOs, sponsors, and senior stakeholders
