Salesforce, based in the United States, is seeking a Senior Technical Architect or Technical Architect Director for its Professional Services team.   • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and adopting emerging technologies that drive business value.
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community's knowledge base and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience (10+ years for Director level)

Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential, or active progress toward it, or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications
  • Strong Enterprise Architecture background
  • Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Agentforce for Developers)
  • Experience leading a technical team or workstream, with a passion for mentoring talent
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders
  • Experience in Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution/Trade Promotion Management, or the Consumer Goods industry is a plus
  • Travel may be required depending on client needs
